Everyone knows it: for this world to be fully accessible we need to shift left.
We need to be proactive rather than reactive, and put the systems in place to support that. And yet, here we are... most of the web is filled with accessibility barriers that could be avoided.
I've spent 25+ years on both sides of that problem. I founded Simply Accessible, led product accessibility at Salesforce, and have worked with clients like Target, Microsoft, Scotiabank, and Cathay Pacific Airlines. I've been part of the executive suite and I've done the hands-on work.
Now I'm helping accessibility leaders and their organizations build the internal capabilities that make accessibility self-sustaining — not dependent on any single person, audit, or compliance deadline.
If you're wrestling with how to move your organization from reactive to strategic, or you're feeling stuck and unsure how to move forward, I'd like to hear what you're working on...
I review every submission personally and will be in touch within one business day if there is a strong fit.
